Campo Cirúrgico Join the list

Your data on the waitlist

Privacy notice · version of November 8, 2026

What we keep

  • Your name and WhatsApp number, which are required; your email, if you add it.
  • Whatever you choose to tell us: your profile (student, resident, etc.), votes for upcoming surgeries, other surgeries or procedures you type in, and suggestions.
  • The language of the page you signed up on, so we can write to you in it.
  • An invite code, to count how many people joined through your link.
  • Where the visit came from (for example, a campaign name or the site that sent you), when there is one.
  • A scrambled version (hash) of your IP address, used only to block bulk sign-ups. We don't keep the IP itself.

What we use it for

  • Letting you know on WhatsApp (and by email, if you add it) when access to Campo Cirúrgico opens, and inviting you to testing.
  • Understanding which surgeries and profiles matter most, to decide what to build first.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you join the list (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I; in the EU and the UK, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We don't sell or rent your data.

Where it's stored

The data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts the site and the database and acts as our processor. It may be processed outside your country. The anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical browser data when you submit.

How long we keep it

Until the simulator launches and opens for testing, or until you ask to leave, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to contato@campocirurgico.com with the name and number you signed up with. Every message we send will also include a way to leave the list.
